We are seeking the chillingest, thrillingest, most mysterious of mystery short stories—hard-boiled,  cozy, or ghostly horror—anything goes as long as it scares our socks off, makes us sleep with more than one light on, or keeps us guessing until the end. We all know that blood isn't necessary to raise goosebumps; sometimes it is the icy fear of the unknown. So for this contest, define "mystery" in its broadest terms (and creep out the judges real good, okay?).

Names of all winners will be announced on Oct. 31, and will be published on the ebooksonthe.net website and stories of the winners will be published in the electronic anthology

Prizes:

$100 Grand Prize (One)

Nine (or more) First Prize winners.
