This total also shows (if any) applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Once your order has been placed, you will receive, via email, a confirmation, which will be followed by delivery of your ebook files via email. If there is a problem with receiving email attachments of 1 meg or more, please note so in the "comments" section of the order form and we will arrange for alternate means of delivery. Credit card information that you submitted with your order will not appear on the emailed order confirmation for security reasons.
We currently accept credit card purchases placed through our secure server. Customer credit cards will be billed as "ebooksonthe.net." Our refund policy is as follows:
All sales are final; but we do guarantee that the electronic file you receive will work when used with the appropriate software. If one file format does not work, we will supply you with one that does; if none can be found, we will be more than happy to refund your money then. We will be more than happy to replace any file we have sold to you that might have become corrupted during transmission or execution. In short, in fairness to our authors, we do not refund because of aesthetic or philosophical differences with the reading material we publish, but we guarantee that you will receive a readable, usable file or your money back.
We are also happy to take as payment your check or money order, payable in U.S. dollars, as well as your Paypal payment. To do that, please email us with a list of your desired titles and format. We will respond as quickly as possible.
